Dillion Whitelaw is a nationally accredited Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that has been operating since 2004. We specialise in Pharmacy training and work across Australia through the traineeship system to train Pharmacy Assistants.
We work with employers in the Pharmacy field and the training we provide is customised to meet the needs of the employers, industry and trainers, providing training that is compliant, relevant and up-to-date with this fast moving industry.
Our training is work-based and our students are all employees of the businesses we work with. We do not provide training for individual students who are not employed within these pharmacies.
It is Dillon Whitelaw’s mission to deliver quality, relevant workplace training to the highest standards in the pharmacy field. To ensure all students have the skills and knowledge needed to provide their customers with the information and help to meet their pharmaceutical needs.
Our training is based on a blended style of delivery, including classroom, online and workplace delivery and assessments. We work closely with employers to ensure that the training is relevant and updated regularly to make sure we meet the pharmacy regulatory obligations, customer service standards and store policy and procedure.
We provide the following courses;
SIR30112– Certificate III in Community Pharmacy
· SIRCHCS201 Support the supply of Pharmacy Medicines and Pharmacist Only Medicines
We meet quality assurance and assessment standards agreed to by Federal, State and Territory Governments in Australia. Adherence to these standards is monitored by Dillion Whitelaw and subject to regular external audit by the State Government registering authority.
